This morning, children from Jellyfish class in Year 2
performed their class assembly to the school and parents. Children presented about their work on “Hotwheels” and vehicles in history!
Pupils explained how seeing the vehicles at Beaulieu Motor Museum had helped
them to investigate how vehicles had developed over the years – from the penny farthing to the famous Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car!
Other children explained how they had enjoyed their work making moving vehicles out of, wood (using a saw!), card and wooden wheels in D.T, carefully foloowing instructions! The assembly also included a wonderful performance of “Mrs Armitage on Wheels”, complete with actions along the way!
A big well done to Mrs Williams and her Jellyfish team for a fabulous assembly!
