Today saw Clownfish class from Year 2 perform their class assembly, based on their learning this term. Children from the class spoke about their work on “How Does Your Garden Grow?”
The children spoke about drawing still life images of flowers and plants, growing runner beans in their greenhouses and their writing on Jack and the Beanstalk!
They also presented a fabulous poem on their favourite traditional tale and performed a “twisted tale” of Jack and the Ladder – featuring a whole range of characters from fairy tales across several different books!
A huge well done to Clownfish and Miss Coleman for a wonderful class assembly. Leave a comment below to let us know what you thought of the assembly too!
